Water

OCM properties benefit from large rainfall and water storage facilities on many sites. Commercial water sales can be arranged by request.

We are fortunate to have over 100 acres of pine plantations, with lots regularly maturing. Please contact us if you would like to organise a sale.

Gravels and Sands

Many of our properties have gravel quarries on site, and have had large clients in the past including government road work. When required, arrangements can be made to source large quantities of raw materials for clients.
