The property produces a mix of grains including wheat, barley and canola in any given year, with current programs of soil management and amelioration improving yields every season.
Sheep
In addition to grain production, Terlinga produces an impressive lambing rate each year with favorable climate and annual rainfall of around 450–500mm. Soils on the property produce good quality pastures, and water management systems ensure that feed is available year round.
Forestry
Providing sustainable forestry assets, Terlinga sets aside a portion of land for pine and bluegum plantations. These plantations serve as a source of sustainable timber for the construction industry, and as environmentally friendly parklands used to manage salinity and CO2 absorption.
